Anas AlMudaifer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Human Capability Development Program since October 2019, following a tenure as Vice President of the National Transformation Program from September 2017 to October 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Manager for Emerging Business at Elm Co. from March 2011 to September 2017, and Vice President of Communication & Marketing for the Saudi Chapter of ABPMP from May 2010 to May 2015. Anas also contributed as a Business Process Analyst during a Cooperative Education for Enterprise Development program at Suncorp and worked as a BPM Analyst for the Shared Service Agency under the supervision of Professor Michael Rosemann. Earlier professional experience includes the position of Programmer Analyst at KFSHRC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from King Saud University and a Master’s in Business Process Management from Queensland University of Technology, with studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
