Dalal Alsaadoun is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Expert at the Human Capability Development Program since August 2020, Dalal previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Specialist at the National Identity Enhancement Program and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.
