1-      Organizational development services, is a system-wide planned
development & reinforcement of organizational strategies, structures,
staffing & systems with the objective of leveraging HCCA's clients
organizational effectiveness. This is presented to HCCA's clients in the
form of 'all inclusive' tool kits including all the business indicators,
work instructions, job aids and complete OD systems. 
2-      Training services, is an expensive investment in the future skill
base and development of an organization via its workforce. Our
philosophy is that training must lead to effective learning and the desire
to apply that learning back at the workplace. To achieve these attributes we ensure that training programs are interactive, contemporary, inspirational and, most of all, memorable. 
3-    International Speakers Conferences/ Workshops, HCCA has started this services, back in 2008, when we invited Ram Charan, during a 2-day event about Strategy Execution (August 2008), then invited Rowan Gibson the innovation Guru on the 13th & 14th of December, 2009 during 2-day master class about Strategy Innovation, then Kevin Keller on the 20th and the 21st of June 2010, on 2-day executive program about Strategic Brand Management:" Increasing the marketing ROI & profitability of brands".
