Michelle Lu

Michelle Lu currently serves as an Investment Principal at HUMAN CAPITAL, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Michelle held various roles at Morgan Stanley from July 2021 to May 2025, including Technology Investment Banking Associate and Technology Investment Banking Analyst. Earlier experience includes working as a Junior Technical Program Manager in the CIO Office at Zoom Video Communications from June 2019 to June 2021 and serving as a Corporate Strategy Intern at Ambidextrous from May 2018 to May 2019. Michelle also contributed as the Vice President of Professional Development for the Berkeley M.E.T. Student Board from September 2017 to May 2019. Michelle holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management from the Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology Program and in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, both obtained from the University of California, Berkeley, between January 2017 and January 2021.
