Human Centered AI Academy is a capability partner for organisations building AI that earns trust. We help teams move from AI curiosity to responsible, evidence-based adoption - combining human factors science, applied AI capability, and learning design grounded in how people actually work.

Most AI initiatives fail when humans become an afterthought. Workflows break. Trust erodes. Adoption stalls. We exist to help organisations get this right from the start.

WHAT WE DO
▶ Executive and team AI literacy programmes
▶ Hands-on workshops for teams in healthcare, engineering, and growing businesses
▶ Human factors and workflow assessments for AI-enabled tools
▶ Keynotes on responsible AI, human-centred design, and AI in practice
▶ Leadership development and organisational design for AI adoption

WHO WE WORK WITH
From hospitals and digital health companies to engineering firms, small businesses, and enterprise teams — we partner with any organisation across North America that's serious about responsible AI adoption. Our methods are grounded in clinical and safety-critical environments, but they translate to any setting where humans and AI need to work well together.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
We build capability inside your organisation. Our goal isn't to keep coming back — it's to leave your team confident, capable, and equipped to lead responsible AI adoption on their own.
HCAI Academy is founded and led by a PhD digital health researcher and senior human factors specialist with experience inside hospitals, air ambulance services, and academic medicine. We work alongside a curated network of expert facilitators across healthcare, engineering, and business - bringing the right voice into the room for every engagement.
We pair research rigour with frontline realism, and the warmth of educators who genuinely want people to feel confident with AI - not afraid of it.
