Robert J. Caruso

Robert J. Caruso has a long and varied work experience. Robert J. began their career in 1998 as a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Robertson Stephens and Company. In 2002, they moved to Highbridge Capital Management where they worked as Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, they became President and Principal at Select Equity Group, L.P. In 2010, they founded The Kantian Group and The Kantian Foundation, where they served as Founder and Managing Partner and Founder, respectively. In 2011, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees and President of the Board of Trustees at McCarter Theatre Center. In 2013, they founded The Impact Republic Company and served as Founder and Chairman. In 2017, they founded Human Elevation and Impact Republic, where they served as Founder and Executive Chairman and Founder, respectively.

Robert J. Caruso obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph's University between 1987 and 1991.
