Heather Parker

Heather Parker is an experienced coach, psychologist, trainer, and consultant currently working at Mind & Co since September 2018. In addition to this role, Heather has been a principal consultant at Human Engine since January 2019 and served as a transformational coach at More Happi from March to July 2021. Previous positions include being a culture and behaviour change consultant at Kin&Co and a senior consultant for people and change at North Highland UK. Heather began their career as a continuous improvement programme lead at Lyle & Scott. Educational qualifications include a MA in Natural Sciences (Genetics) from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Psychological Sciences from UCL, complemented by an ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching.
