Tanu Guptaa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in fostering inclusivity and addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) challenges, especially for individuals with disabilities. As the Founder and CEO of Human Factor since October 2019, Tanu has been dedicated to creating opportunities for "Able Minds" and enhancing organizational awareness regarding accessibility issues in India. In addition to leading Human Factor, Tanu serves as an Access4you Accredited Partner India and is involved with HRPros Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a member and with VMentor.ai as a CXO HR Mentor. Previous roles include HRO Practice Head at Wipro, where Tanu focused on HR outsourcing and business development, and several senior HR positions at other notable organizations, including Wipro BPO and PwC. Tanu holds a PHCHRM in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Master of Social Work from Delhi University, and a BA in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College.
