The Human-First Responsible AI Pledge is a national nonprofit movement uniting founders, CEOs, and business leaders committed to using AI ethically, transparently, and inclusively.

Our mission is simple but urgent: to ensure AI strengthens trust, wellbeing, and opportunity for everyone. We help leaders turn responsible AI from a moral aspiration into a competitive advantage — grounded in the UK’s leading frameworks and built on integrity, safety, and human-centred innovation.

By signing the Pledge, leaders publicly commit to six guiding principles:
• Human-Centred — AI that serves people, not replaces them
• Uncompromising Safety — protecting society from intolerable risks
• Measured & Fair — reducing bias and upholding data security
• Accountable & Transparent — being clear about when and how AI is used
• Neighbourhood & Community — ensuring no one’s left behind in the digital economy

The movement is co-founded by Mitali Deypurkaystha, Pascal Fintoni, and Dr Yulia Dzenkovska, in partnership with Northern Design & Digital Marketing.

Together, we’re building a coalition of leaders proving that progress and principle can coexist — that AI, when guided by human values, can uplift every organisation and community it touches.
