Andrew (AJ) Teaters has extensive experience in training and facilitation, with a focus on onboarding, continuing education, and customer support. Starting as a Care Guide, Andrew (AJ) progressed to roles such as Lead Trainer, Master Facilitator, and Revenue Enablement Manager, showcasing their expertise in developing and implementing effective training programs. As an Adjunct Professor at Rio Salado College, Andrew (AJ) also shares their knowledge with students. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California, Andrew (AJ) is dedicated to helping others succeed and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
