John Rishel

John Rishel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. John recently joined Human Interest as the Regional Director of Sales in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Wonolo from 2018 to 2022, where they were the Head of Strategic Account Management and played a key role in building and managing important client relationships. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Houzz as the Manager of Trade Sales, where they developed policies and processes, implemented KPIs, and launched the SDR program. Before that, they were the Regional Sales Manager at Deputy from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for onboarding and maintaining clients in the US as well as developing partnerships. John also has experience at Fossil Group, Inc. as a Sales and Development Manager from 2013 to 2015, and at The Buckle, Inc. as a Regional Manager from 2010 to 2012, where they managed and developed a multimillion dollar retail business.

John Rishel attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Business Administration. John then transferred to Purdue University from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Health and Human Sciences.
