Jon Aitken

Jon Aitken is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as the Regional Director for the Southwest at Human Interest since June 2021, Jon has achieved recognition as a 4x Presidents Club and CEO Club achiever. Prior to this role, Jon was a Senior Partner Account Manager and 401k Wholesaler at Human Interest, where notable accomplishments included securing local and national partnerships. Jon's previous experience includes serving as a Major Accounts District Manager at ADP, where top performance was consistently demonstrated, and as a Branch Sales Manager at J&H Inc., where significant growth and profitability were achieved in two branch offices within 18 months. Jon is an alumnus of the University of Montana.
