Our first product is pace● — a structured interview copilot that brings evidence-based precision to hiring decisions. It doesn't replace interviewers. It runs beside them. Suggested questions, live scoring, behavioural anchors, bias detection — all surfacing during the conversation, not after.

Every product we build asks the same question: does this make the human in the room more capable, more informed, more sovereign? If the answer is no, we don't ship it.

We are AI-native and human-first. Our systems are compliant by design — not bolted on after the fact. We self-classify under the EU AI Act. We build transparency into the architecture, not the marketing.
