Emanuel Beecham is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruiting and staff management. Currently serving as a Recruiting Coordinator at Human Resource Dimensions since April 2017, Emanuel leads recruitment efforts for contractors across the Southeastern United States, conducts training orientations, and coordinates with call center management. Previous roles include Recruiting Associate at Locum Connections and Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator at Clean It Up FMS, Inc., where Emanuel developed expertise in staff training and recruitment processes. Emanuel's tenure at Six Flags Over Georgia spanned three years, during which responsibilities included overseeing performance evaluations, mediation of disputes, and implementing morale-boosting programs. Emanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Argosy University, completed between 2013 and 2015.
