Dylan Hoover

Dylan Hoover has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Dylan started their career at Peace Corps, where they served as a Secondary Education Teacher from August 2011 to August 2013. Dylan then took on the role of Country Coordinator for the Stomp Out Malaria in Africa program from July 2012 to July 2014.

After Peace Corps, Dylan joined UNDP Jordan as a Conflict Analysis Intern in May 2015 for a three-month period.

Following their time at UNDP Jordan, Dylan worked with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) - Syria as a Research and Program Development Consultant from September 2015 to May 2017.

Dylan'smost recent position is with HUMAN, where they started as an MBA Intern from May 2016 to May 2017. Dylan then progressed to the role of Sr. Manager of FP&A and Business Operations from June 2017 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance and Operations at HUMAN, starting in March 2022.

Dylan Hoover completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Columbia Business School from 2014 to 2017. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in International Security Policy and Advanced Policy and Economic Analysis from Columbia | SIPA. Prior to that, Hoover earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Temple University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
