Idan Lobel has a diverse work experience in the customer success field. Idan began their career in 2016 at LTD Training & Development, where they worked as a Business Development project manager. In this role, they focused on developing the company's business, conducting research on new business sectors, and identifying growth opportunities.

In 2019, Lobel joined Keywee as an Associate Customer Success Manager, before quickly transitioning into the role of Customer Success Manager. Idan held this position until February 2021, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving success for clients.
