Karin Tucker

Karin Tucker has extensive work experience in the field of coaching and therapy, with a focus on work-life balance and career development. Karin has held various leadership roles, including VP of People at HUMAN and Life & Career Coach and Therapist at GroupHug Online. Karin has also worked as an Executive Coach at Growthspace and as a Work Life Coach and Therapist under their own company, Karin Tucker. Additionally, they have experience in the HR field, having served as the VP of HR at Similarweb and the Global Head of HR for the Corporate units & Israel region at Amdocs. Prior to their coaching and HR roles, they worked as a Corporate & Tax Lawyer at Goldfarb Seligman.

Karin Tucker holds an M.Sc. in Management Sciences from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Karin also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting from the same university, graduating in 2003. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law from Tel Aviv University between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, Karin Tucker pursued further education in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Coaching, completing programs at NLP Plus and Tel Aviv University in 2016-2017 and 2008-2009, respectively. Karin has also received training in Mediation from Gevim in 2019 and in NonViolant Communication (NVC) from the Body and Soul Center in 2020. Currently, they are studying Group Facilitation at Tel Aviv University since 2020 and has plans to pursue Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at Bar-Ilan University starting in 2022.
