William Herbig has a diverse work experience in various industries. William worked as a Director of Fraud Detection & Data Operations at HUMAN since March 2022. In this role, they managed a team of 10 data analysts, streamlined the fraud pipeline, organized large-scale investigations, and served as the R&D Lead for the company's largest client. Prior to that, they were an Analytics Manager at Healthfirst from December 2017 to April 2019. William also worked at PwC as an Investigative Analytics Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate, where they contributed to the development of economic loss calculation models, built analytics tools for internal leadership, and participated in the Global Economic Crime Survey. William'searlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at JPMorgan Chase and as a Research Assistant in the Indiana University Psychology Department.
William Herbig obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington from 2009 to 2012. William also received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology with minors in Japanese and Sociology from the same university during the same time period. Prior to attending Indiana University, William earned an Academic Honors High School Diploma from the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Fraud Examiner certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2015.
