Dave McDonald

Dave McDonald began their career in 1991 as a Project Engineer at Strato/Infusaid. In 1996, they moved to Mentor Corporation as a Program Manager. Three years later, they joined LeMaitre Vascular as the Vice President of Research and Development. In 2005, they became a Program Manager at QinetiQ North America. Finally, in 2014, they founded and became the Director of Operations at Human Systems Integration, Inc., a company focused on rapid innovation and product delivery in the Wearable Tech sector.

Dave McDonald attended Arlington Catholic High School from 1983 to 1987. Dave then attended Tufts University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering. Finally, they attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1994 to 1997, where they earned an MBA.
