Bryan Cotter

Bryan Cotter has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Bryan started their career at International EZ-Up as a Cost Analyst, where they developed efficiency and variance reporting for a custom production manufacturing plant and assisted in setting up off-site custom production plants in Mexico and China.

Bryan then joined Rip Curl as an Accountant/Financial Analyst and progressively advanced to Assistant Financial Controller and later Financial Controller. In these roles, they successfully led financial strategies, consolidated the North American finance/accounting team, and oversaw a significant reduction in business expenses.

Most recently, Bryan served as the Chief Financial Officer at MadaLuxe Group, the largest distributor of luxury goods to the off-price retail market in North America. In this role, they managed the financial operations of the company and played a key role in its expansion into e-commerce, marketplace, and retail store channels.

Currently, Bryan is the Chief Financial Officer at Human Touch, LLC, where they continue to utilize their financial expertise.

Bryan Cotter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Chapman University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Bryan also completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Finance at the College of Business and Public Administration in California State University-San Bernardino, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.

In addition to their academic achievements, Bryan Cotter holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Bryan obtained this certification in April 2019.
