Federico Cecchini is a seasoned HR consultant and certified business coach, currently offering B2C coaching services to professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs through their own business. Federico has extensive experience in search and selection as a Senior Consultant at Human Value since 2006, where they manage projects for multinational companies across various industries. Previously, Federico worked as a research fellow in Organizational Psychology at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and completed internships in personnel and organizational development with BNL BNP Paribas.
