Our purpose is to explore, guide, and cultivate the humanized work experience to culturally improve our collective relationship with work. We hope that by supporting human–work alignment we can inspire happier, healthier, and more prosperous work experiences.

We do this work by supporting leaders, individuals, and organizations in :

- Incorporating Ecoystemic Practices to support human prosperity in work

This includes: growing an online community forum for humans interested in learning more about human–work alignment; hosting regular events, workshops, and masterminds; facilitating teams, individuals, and groups in Ecosystemic Practices; and telling the stories of working humans doing human work to normalize the individualized experience of work.
