'Asha Pope

Asha Pope, MHRM, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Human8 and is a member of the culture and community platform Hue, which aims to amplify voices of color. Previously, Asha held the position of Head of People Programs & HRBP at Dutchie, focusing on employee experience and various HR initiatives. Asha has also worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at Rapid Finance, an Employee Strategy professional at South State Bank, and contributed to total rewards at Urban Science. Asha's earlier roles include positions as Human Resources Generalist II and I at Integrated Manufacturing & Assembly. Asha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Marygrove College. Currently, Asha is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Liberty University.
