Bart Egnal

Bart Egnal is the Managing Partner at Humance and the CEO of both The Humphrey Group and Niagara Institute. They focus on enhancing leadership communication skills, believing every opportunity to speak or write can inspire action. Bart has previously served as a Partner and Senior Vice-President at The Humphrey Group, where they expanded global offices and developed impactful leadership programs. With a background in History from the University of Toronto, Bart's work also includes serving on the Board of Directors for Mothers Matter Centre, advocating for socially isolated mothers and families.
