Delphine A. is a trilingual organizational and clinical psychologist with a rich background in leadership coaching and operations management. They served as the Principal Organizational Psychologist at Humance | Culture & Performance from 2006 to 2008, conducting over 4000 leadership assessments across various industries and developing tailored coaching plans for leaders. Previously, they worked as a Clinical EAP Counsellor from 2004 to 2016, offering online counseling for a range of issues and consulting on urgent employee concerns.
