Humanessence was created by Thierry Andrieux on September 2006. Our compagny is actually composed of more than 25 employees

Far from being " general ", Humanessence chooses hyper-specialization. We intervene in seven lines of business: (>> see profile of founders and associates )

•finance and accounting
•human resources and payroll
•bank and market finance
•legal and tax
•secretarial jobs
•commercial
•supply chain

Why ? In a world where businesses and people evolve at a fast pace, we believe it takes sharp knowledge of certain professions to be able to recruit efficiently.

Therefore our team is both professionals of recruitment and professionals in their respective lines of business, where they come from.

Applicants, employers... Learn about our 3 main commitments:

> Expertise
You will be advised by an expert, someone who knows your objectives and constraints in your own line of business.

> Ability to react
Whether you send us your resume, or initiate contact, we will always come back to you within 48 hours and by telephone.

> Ethics
If we cannot meet one of your needs or requests, if your CV does not match any current needed profiles, we will tell you so right away.

Therefore our organization is dramatically different from usual recruitment agencies. At Humanessence, there is no distinction made between "interim" and "recruitment" advisors. Their difference lies only in their work backgrounds.
