Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions and educational technologies. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the development of hardware and firmware for DViT interactive whiteboards and various educational devices. Previous experience includes electronics design and repair for the Science Alberta Foundation, teaching assistance at the University of Calgary, and work as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, where Chris focused on control systems for the forestry industry. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
