Andy Sain

Andy Sain is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Analytics Manager at Humanforce since December 2023. Prior to this role, Andy acted as the Head of Data at Brighte from June 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing a centralized data team of seven and authoring the company's data strategy. Andy previously held positions at Brighte as Data Team Lead and Data Specialist, achieving significant growth in the data function and developing an award-winning machine learning model for loan approval automation. Other professional experiences include roles as a Data Scientist at Oneflare, where a pricing overhaul model led to increased revenue, and as a Consultant at Servian, focusing on data-driven solutions for top-tier companies. Andy's career began at Arup as a Transport Modeller, contributing analytical skills across various domains. Andy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UNSW and completed a Data Science Retreat in 2015.
