In 2005, Pullini co-founded O'Sullivan Pullini, becoming a prominent figure in the Australian investment banking landscape. Currently, Pullini serves as Chair of Humanforce and its subsidiary intelliHR, focusing on innovative solutions for the workplace and HR technology.
