Glenn Donaldson

Glenn Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Glenn is currently serving as the Head of Product (HCM) at Humanforce since 2023. Prior to this, Glenn held multiple positions at intelliHR, including Chief Product Officer from November 2022 to June 2023, Chief Customer Officer from December 2019 to November 2022, President (intelliHR, The Americas) from June 2020 to April 2022, and Head of Customer Success, (Product & Design) from October 2017 to December 2019. Glenn also worked as a Customer Success Manager at intelliHR from September 2015 to October 2017.

Glenn's earlier experiences include working as a Presenter at DisruptHR LLC in July 2017 and as a Talent Consultant at APRG from January 2015 to September 2015. Glenn started their career at Just Group as a Sales and Store Team Leader from October 2010 to December 2014, where they were responsible for leading a sales team and managing multiple retail brands.

Glenn Donaldson holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), which they completed from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology) from the same university between 2011 and 2013. For their high school education, Glenn attended Sandgate District State High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Glenn also obtained a Psychometric Test Administration and Interpretation Accreditation from OPRA Consulting Group Limited in 2015. Currently, Glenn is pursuing a Masters of Teaching (Primary) at CQUniversity.
