Holly Barnes is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in driving organizational transformation and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Humanforce since August 2022, Holly previously held the role of Chief HR Officer at Vix Technology, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to support business objectives. Prior roles include Head of People and Culture at Moodle and General Manager of Talent, Learning & Organisational Development at Vocus Group Limited, where leadership development and cultural transformation were key focuses. Holly's career also encompasses roles at Suncorp, Nowicki Carbone, Abigroup, and Rio Tinto, contributing to diverse HR functions from recruitment to operational support. Holly holds a Master's degree in HR and IR from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Curtin University.
