Laura Elms

Laura Elms has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura is currently the Head of Sustainability & Communications at HumanForest, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Partnerships & Sustainability at the same company from August 2020 to April 2023.

Before joining HumanForest, Laura worked at Dataminr from January 2020 to August 2020 as an Account Manager, Major Markets. Prior to that, they served as a Client Engagement Manager, Financial Services from February 2018 to January 2020 and as a Domain Expert in Finance from December 2016 to February 2018.

Laura's career started at Finsbury in June 2014, where they initially worked as an Executive until March 2016, and later as an Associate until December 2016. Laura also gained early work experience as an Intern at AEGIS DEFENCE SERVICES LIMITED from July 2013 to January 2014, at the House of Commons in July 2012 to August 2012, and at The Week Magazine UK in October 2011.

Laura Elms has a strong education history, starting with their enrollment at St. Swithun's School from 2003 to 2007. During their time there, they studied a variety of subjects, including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, English, French, Spanish, and Art, completing their GCSEs.

After completing their GCSEs, Laura attended Fettes College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate. Their coursework at Fettes College included French, English, History, Maths, Physics, and Art.

Continuing their academic journey, Laura enrolled at the University of Bristol from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on History. During their time at Bristol, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in the field.

Finally, Laura attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2012 to 2013. At LSE, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Relations.

Overall, Laura Elms has completed their GCSEs at St. Swithun's School, followed by an International Baccalaureate at Fettes College. Laura then obtained their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Bristol and pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
