Sam Roberts has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career at Tesco as a Customer Service Assistant, where they were responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and operating as a cashier. Then, they worked at G4S as an Event Steward, ensuring safety and security at various events by controlling access, providing information, and maintaining a safe environment.
Sam also served as a Delivery Rider for Deliveroo, delivering food to customers. At Rossway Park Estate, they held multiple roles, including Deputy Head and Ground Team member, where they undertook responsibilities in security, horticulture, administration, recruitment, maintenance, and animal welfare. They also managed warehouse stock and fulfilled orders at Wonder & Awe, a retail tech company.
Currently, Sam is employed at HumanForest as a Support & Community Supervisor, where they oversee support and community-related tasks. Prior to that, they worked as a Support & Community Champion at the same company.
Throughout their career, Sam has demonstrated their ability to provide exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and adaptability in various roles.
Sam Roberts completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology from The Manchester Metropolitan University in the duration of 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Ashlyns School from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued A Levels in English Literature, Sociology, and Creative Writing. Additionally, Sam obtained certifications as a Certified Dixa Admin and a Certified Dixa Agent from Dixa, with the former being achieved in December 2022 and the latter in May 2022.
