Oscar Rivera

Oscar Rivera is currently the Chief Creative Officer at Humanified. Oscar previously worked at the United States Department of Defense from October 2010 to January 2013 as a Human Resources Officer. In this role, they were responsible for managing and processing applications for external full time hires, independently interpreting laws and regulations, drafting and posting vacancy announcements, conducting interviews, and assessing compensation factors. Oscar was also responsible for enforcing diversity employment tactics and assisting with the implementation of an online course to facilitate training for HR personnel. Oscar has been instrumental in helping the organizations they have worked for meet their hiring goals and retain a qualified workforce.

Oscar Rivera pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Oscar's focus was on Human Resources Management & Marketing Research.
