Latrice Jackson

Latrice Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Latrice started their career in 2011 as a Case Coordinator for the Supported Living Program at Humanim, where they provided case management services to individuals with mental illnesses. Latrice then worked as an Attendance Specialist at Baltimore City Public Schools, analyzing attendance data and collaborating with community partners to promote attendance initiatives.

In 2016, Latrice returned to Humanim as a Rehabilitation Manager, responsible for providing case management services to individuals with mental illness in a residential group home environment. Latrice also served as a Residential Rehabilitation Program Manager, overseeing the operations of a community-based residential psychiatric rehabilitation program.

From 2019 to 2022, Latrice worked at the Maryland Department of Health as an Operations Administrator, overseeing and monitoring clinical and fiscal requirements for various programs. Latrice also served as the Coordination of Care Program Manager, responsible for program development and performance measurement.

Currently, Latrice holds the position of Director of Community Housing- Behavioral Health Department at Humanim, where they provide administrative, personnel, fiscal, and clinical oversight for multiple programs. Latrice leads a team of 30+ staff and develops plans to achieve department goals.
