Mike Roth

Mike Roth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Meaningful Day Services at Humanim since 2018. In this role, Mike oversees the administration and implementation of adult employment and meaningful day services, focusing on community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to Humanim, Mike held various positions, including EBSE Program Manager, Operations Manager at Ecotone, Inc., Manager at Doctor Glass, and Project Manager at Peregrine Ventures, where Mike coordinated international projects. Mike began his career in management at Starbucks Coffee Company and also led outdoor recreation programs at Warren Wilson College, where a Bachelor of Arts in Outdoor Leadership was earned.
