Dustin Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dustin began their career in 2002 in the United States Air Force, where they held positions such as Avionics System Helper and Specialist Section Flight Line Expediter, managing teams and ensuring the efficient repair of aircraft. Dustin then progressed to roles that involved managing contracting specialists and officers, overseeing daily activities, and executing contract functions. These roles included Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Base Support, Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Course Management for the Contracting Training Flight, and Superintendent of the Medical and CE Services Flight. In their most recent role at HumanIT Solutions as a Business Analyst/Contracting SME, Dustin utilizes their expertise in contracting to provide valuable insights and contribute to the success of the company.

Dustin Hoffmann's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University - WorldWide, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aeronautics. Dustin completed their degree in 2010. In 2008, Dustin attended the Community College of the Air Force and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management.

Shortly after, in 2011, they enrolled at Bellevue University and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Acquisitions and Contracts Management in 2015. In 2012 and 2013, Dustin pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology at the Community College of the Air Force.

In 2016, they obtained the DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) Contracting Level III certification from the United States Air Force. A year later, in 2017, Dustin completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Community College of the Air Force.

Additionally, Dustin Hoffmann acquired the Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force in May 2013. In the future, they plan to obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2023.
