Damien Duignan

Damien Duignan has had extensive work experience in various roles. Damien started their career as a Software Developer at Kingspan Group PLC, where they worked as an intern for six months, developing web pages using ASP.NET and C# for internal use. Following that, they worked as a Mover at Midwest Moving & Storage Inc. for three months, assisting with furniture removal.

Damien then joined airG Inc. as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for the upkeep and development of services in the Europe/Africa region. Damien worked in a team of four and contributed to the opening of the Ireland office.

After that, Damien joined flightright GmbH as a Software Developer, primarily focusing on front-end development. Damien also handled backend tasks, mainly using Java. Damien worked on projects related to the company's website and utilized technologies such as JavaScript/ES6, SCSS, and Ember.

Currently, Damien is working at Humanitec as a Frontend Developer since November 2018.

Damien Duignan completed their education at the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a BSc(Hons) degree in Software Design with a focus on Games Development. Prior to that, Damien attended Carrigallen Vocational School from 2003 to 2009. The specific degree and field of study at Carrigallen Vocational School are not provided.
