Lily Semere

Lily Semere is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and sales development. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Humanitec since January 2025, Lily previously held the position of Global Sales Development Manager at Hygraph, achieving significant increases in opportunity creation and conversion rates while leading the global SDR and BDR teams. Prior to that, Lily was the Sales Development Team Lead for EMEA & APAC at Bitrise, where contributions included training teams and driving pipeline generation. Lily's earlier roles encompassed account executive activities in North Europe and various marketing positions, demonstrating a strong foundation in business strategy and community development. Lily holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Radboud University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HZ University of Applied Sciences, among other educational credentials.
