Rob W. has a diverse range of work experience. Rob founded and served as CEO of DealSignal from 2014 onwards. Throughout 2014, they also worked as an advisor for multiple companies. From 2017 to 2021, Rob W. worked at HashiCorp as an Advocate for Cloud Platform Infrastructure & Security. Prior to that, they served as an Advocate for Multi-Cloud Platforms at Pivotal, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. Rob W. attended Amherst College from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in American Studies with a field of study in Economics. In 1993, they had a brief period of study in Political Science at the University of Oklahoma. In 2011, they completed a Graduate program at The Founder Institute, specializing in Entrepreneurship. That same year, they also obtained a Certificate in Behavioral Sciences from the Stanford Persuasive Technology Bootcamp. In 2012, Rob W. participated in the LeanStartupMachine competition with Team ScoopSource, although no specific degree was acquired during this time.
