Humanity Effect is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving over 750 children in Makoko, a floating community in Nigeria. Through two schools, an orphanage, and a medical center, we provide education, nourishment, and consistent care to children who deserve every opportunity to thrive.

As a fully volunteer-run team, nearly 100% of each donation goes directly to our work on the ground. With support from donors around the world, we’re uplifting one of the world’s most vulnerable communities and giving children the chance to chase their dreams.
