Innovation didn’t fail because of technology.
It failed because we forgot the human.

Humanize Innovation exists to correct that imbalance.

As technology accelerates, many organizations are discovering that their leadership models, team structures, and decision systems were designed for conditions that no longer apply. The challenge is not a lack of innovation, but a growing gap between technological capability and human readiness.

We work with executives, institutions, and organizations navigating complexity, AI adoption, workforce transformation, leadership transitions, and innovation at scale, to close that gap.

Our work strengthens the human systems that make innovation sustainable, governable, and scalable. We integrate research, diagnostics, and AI-enabled platforms to help organizations:

• Align leadership, culture, and innovation strategy
• Build repeatable innovation capability across teams and institutions
• Prepare leaders and talent pipelines to operate under complexity
• Translate transformation initiatives into durable organizational outcomes

At the foundation of our approach is the Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator (ISPI®), a research-based diagnostic developed with Bob Rosenfeld that identifies how individuals and teams prefer to innovate, solve problems, and navigate change. ISPI® provides clarity into the human dynamics that materially influence execution, risk, and innovation outcomes.

Humanize Innovation applies this work across four integrated domains: innovation systems, leadership capability, education and talent pipelines, and community-based practice.

This includes large-scale leadership ecosystems such as the Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA), where AI-enabled platforms and curriculum support leadership development at institutional scale.

Informed by Identity Leadership frameworks shaped with Stedman Graham, our work emphasizes clarity, accountability, and decision-making under uncertainty.
