Phil Herschman

Dr. Phil Herschman is a national behavioral healthcare expert with over 50 years of experience. A prominent speaker on clinical excellence and addiction treatment, they have participated in various conferences, including the West Coast Symposium of Addiction Disorders and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. Dr. Herschman currently serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including BrightView and Sandstone Care, and has held significant leadership roles, such as Chief Executive Officer at Behavioral Health Concepts and Chief Clinical Officer at CRC Health Group. They earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
