HumanKind was founded by Anna Pawlowicz and Nathan Bray. With 40+ years business experience between us, we take a pragmatic approach to raising awareness and understanding of disability and neurodiversity for HR teams, senior leadership, line managers and all employees. 

As proud parents of disabled children, our purpose is to make workplaces and society more inclusive for people with disabilities, bridging the gap between disabled and non-disabled people.
