Tom Silverman

Tom Silverman is the Founding Partner at Humankind Research, an insight agency dedicated to merging qualitative and quantitative research with principles of social impact. Prior to this role, Silverman served as a Director and Managing Director at Flamingo London, leading projects and guiding the vision of the company while fostering a culture of insight-driven strategy. Before entering the consultancy field, Tom taught English at a high school in Japan from 2000 to 2003. Silverman holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Sussex, which they completed in 1999.
