Debasish Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership across various industries. Currently, as the Founder of Humanlinks Learning, Debasish has launched PRAYOG, India's first AI-based no-code integrated assessment platform. Previous roles include Director at KIIT School of Management, where Debasish initiated the innovative KURIOCITY business research fair, and Chief People Officer at Trans Maldivian Airways, where cultural transformation and HR strategies were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Global HR Head at Spanco BPO Ventures, Leader of HR Business Control & Automation at IBM, and HR Head for Financial Services COEs at GE Capital. Debasish holds an MBA in Personnel Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and further qualifications in Business Strategy from IIM Ahmedabad, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
