Andrew Gardner

Andrew Gardner is the COO and co-founder of Humanly, a unified conversational AI for recruiting platform where automation and people work seamlessly together to help organizations surface the most qualified, diverse applicant pool at scale. Prior to their work at Humanly, Gardner served as an advisor to the President of Oakland Roots Sports Club, an organization that seeks to harness the magic of Oakland and the beautiful game of soccer as a force for social good. Andrew also has experience working in sales and people management at Ticket Arsenal and as a Vice President and Head Soccer Coach at San Francisco City Football Club.

Andrew Gardner attended Y Combinator's W20 batch and holds a Bachelor's of Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in Business Administration, International Business & Business Management. Andrew also attended Davis Senior High School.
