Bill West

Bill West is a seasoned CTO and product leader with extensive experience in analytics and financial modeling. They have held significant roles at companies such as Otto and Advance America, where they launched an online payday lending brand and managed multiple aspects of product development. Bill served as a Senior Financial Modeler at Fannie Mae, developing home price forecasting models, and later as Head of Credit and Analytics at LeafLink. They are currently the CTO at Sprockets and the Interim CTO at Humanly, focusing on the development of integrated talent acquisition solutions. Bill holds both a BS and MA in Economics from Duke University and Clemson University, respectively.
