Eric Shaffer

Eric Shaffer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric currently serves as the VP of Analytics and Call Center at HumanN since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the COO at 4TellX from August 2020 to November 2022. Eric also held the position of VP, Sales and Marketing Operations at HumanN from January 2012 to August 2020. Earlier in their career, they founded Novus Applications in May 2009 and served as a Board Member at ESO Solutions from May 2010 to May 2012. Eric's leadership roles include being the President at Global Secure Systems from February 2005 to November 2008, after their company Virtual Alert was acquired by Global Secure Corp in February 2005. Eric began their career as an Account Executive at Dell and remained with the company from 1990 to 2000.

Eric Shaffer attended the University of North Texas from 1988 to 1990.
