Jay DiNucci

Jay DiNucci has held a variety of financial and operational roles since 1986. Jay began their career as a Management Accountant at Texas Instruments, followed by an Accounting Manager position at MBNA Information Services. In 1990, they became the Southern Division Finance and Administration Manager at Reuters News Agency. Jay then moved to PageMart as Manager of Finance in 1992. In 1995, they were promoted to Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Marketing Specialists Sales Company. In 2003, they became Chief Financial Officer at Richmont International. In 2005, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer (with COO responsibilities) at MumboJumbo, LLC. In 2014, they were appointed Senior Director of Finance and Accounting (acquired by Weld North August 2016) at CompassLearning. In 2017, they became Chief Financial Officer at Grandex Inc. and in 2019 they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at HumanN.

Jay DiNucci obtained their BBA in Finance and Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University between 1982 and 1986. Jay is also an Active Texas CPA.
